Badges class Christmas Party

Badge always seems to surprise me! I am still not sure where he gets his talents from....same with Miles that is a story for another post.....anyways, Badge can do all sorts of things. He is so good a sports esp. football! So his past trick has been a back flip on the tramp which was great I was impressed.... now he can do a standing back flip into the "worm"! I would like to share it with all of you as I love my child he is talented!!! Again where did he come from????

The Santa Cause Charity Night!

Our friends Nate and Dani Jo Brea put together this great charity auction night. They had auctions, raffle prizes, food.  It was just a great night for all. The kids ice skated with their friends and had a great time. It is such a great time of the year to support a charity like this. A few days prior to this our family delivered food and presents, for this cause, to families who were in need this holiday season. It was so touching to meet these families. They were so grateful for the help.

Our trip to Seattle

Happy Birthday to Badge!

This year we decided to surprise Badge and the rest of the kids with a trip to Seattle to see the Seahawks play a home game! I was so excited to wake up the morning of our departure and tell them of our plans! They were thrilled at the idea and off we were to Seattle. Bubba and the three boys are huge fans of the Seattle based team! We got there on Sat. morning rented a car, hooked up the GPS and guess where we went to next....just a little detour.......FORKS! I know I know I am so Jr high, but i don't car I am so obsessed with the Twilight scene it is unreal! So off we went. We took a ferry (car ferry) over to the other side of the island to start our journey. The kids went to the top and held out crackers for the seagulls to pick out of their hands! It was so fun to watch! I will probably bore most of you with pictures, so sorry! I wanted to detail every moment of my trip to Forks! I know I have duplicated pictures so sorry I still do not know how to delete once I have uploaded them????

Twilight!

What did I think??? I loved it! I was not sure what I thought of Robert Pattison playing Edward. I did not think he was good looking enough....but wow yes he was! Kristen Stewart was great. She is probably the best up ad coming actress out there in "lalawood"! I have seen it two times now and it is one of those movies that I could see over and over again! I cannot wait to see the next one. A little side note.....Summit Entertainment announces on Sat. that they will be moving forward with the production of the next book.

I just think it is so neat that this mom of three had a dream, started writing and now look what is has become. What a dream come true for her and her family!

Girls Weeeknd in St. George Utah

AHHHH the ideal weekend! This past weekend my friends and I took a girls trip to St George. We had a blast! we stayed @ this awesome condo in Green Valley called Point Vista. It had a private heated pool and it was right next door to the Green Valley Spa, of which I was not able to partake of because I was too busy shopping and eating and riding my mountain bike! The condo had 5 rooms and it was so clean I felt like never leaving. Also next door to the condo was the Bear Claw Poppy trail that we could take our bikes on. If there is anyone out there who loves to Mountain bike I definately recomend it! We had a blast out there in the dirt.
